Paralyzed former Chinese gymnast Sang Lan has accused her former legal guardians' son of sexual harassment during her rehabilitation at their house 13 years ago and reported it to the New York police, her lawyer confirmed on Friday.

Sang's agent Huang Jian disclosed the accusations on his Weibo (Chinese Twitter). Huang said the son, Xue Weisen, gave Sang baths and purchased her a bra.
Huang has since deleted his Weibo posting, but Sang's lawyer Hai Ming confirmed the account to the Beijing News. Hai said that Sang was only 17 at the time and didn't have the courage to report it to the police.
This allegation comes in wake of Sang's recently filed $1.8 billion lawsuit in US federal court against Time Warner Inc. and the United States Gymnastics Federation that accuses them of failing to fulfill obligations to care for her after her accident.
