The Hurun List of China's richest IT, released Thursday, lists Robin Li, chairman of Baidu.com, at the top with 31.5 billion yuan (US$4.73 billion) in the annual ranking.
Following Li are; Tencent’s chairman Ma Huateng with 29.3 billion yuan (US$4.4 billion); the founder and CEO of NetEase Ding Lei with 15.1 billion yuan (US$2.27 billion).
Over 20 new elites entered the list for the first time including Cai Dongqing, the chairman of Guangdong Alpha Animation, after emerging as a dark horse and leaping into the rankings.
