Baidu is planning to develop a light operating system for mobile devices, CEO Robin Li told the Financial Times, stirring up criticism that the company is once again following Internet giant Google.
Over the next three to five years, Baidu will create an operating system that automatically brings up a web search bar after turning on the phone or tablet, Li said.
