Xiaomi has delivered 5,781 units of Xiaomi SU7 since the model was released 28 days ago, announced Lei Jun, founder and CEO of Xiaomi Corp during the 2024 (18th) Beijing International Automotive Exhibition in Beijing on Thursday, adding a total of 75,723 orders for Mi SU7 had been locked by April 24.
Lei introduced that among locked Xiaomi SU7 orders, female buyers accounted for 28 percent, and it is expected that female owners reach to 40 percent to 50 percent. As many as 29 percent of SU7 owners are also car owners of a BMW, a Mercedes-Benz, or an Audi. A total of 51.9 percent SU7 owners are Apple users. Lei said the SU7's monthly deliveries will exceed 10,000 units in June.
By the end of 2024, sales and service outlets are set to cover 46 cities with 219 stores, according to Lei.
