Mongolian President Elbegdorj Tsakhiagiin on Sunday presented the Golden Gerege prize to British Duke of York Prince Andrew for his contribution toward publicizing the Asian country.
The award presentation was made on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum held in Davos, Switzerland, according to reports reaching here.
The prince told the Mongolian head of state that he is ready to assist Mongolia with its development and that he is planning a visit to the country in the near future.
"I am very confident that Mongolia would rapidly develop in a short
time," said the prince. He also expressed readiness to help Mongolia take effective measures to tackle air pollution that is affecting some areas in the country.
