KMT honorary chairman meets mainland delegation

The Kuomintang (KMT) honorary chairman Wu Poh-hsiung Monday met with a mainland delegation headed by Xu Guangchun, director of the Standing Committee of Henan Provincial People's Congress.
Invited by the KMT Central Committee, the delegation arrived in Taiwan on Monday afternoon for a six-day cultural event.
The event was scheduled to include cultural forums, economic and trade exchanges, tourism and education cooperation, art performances and folk art fairs, according to the delegation.
