The death toll from rain-triggered landslides in the Rongxian County of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region rose to 30 Friday night, as rescuers recovered the body of the last missing person.
Heavy rains swept through Rongxian County and triggered landslides early Wednesday.
Earlier reports said three other people were injured during the landslides.
Local authorities have currently switched their focus of work to resettlement of the affected, repairing of damaged roads, and post-disaster reconstruction.
