A migrant worker in Wenzhou who publicly complained about the difficulty of obtaining train tickets in person has been rewarded with a free plane ticket home, the Chongqing Morning Post reported.
Chongqing-native Huang Qinghong complained via the media that the facility to book train tickets either online or by telephone is less accessible to those in the lower social strata. He argued that many lack Internet access and the frequently jammed telephone hotlines, along with high costs, exacerbate the problem.
The media later responded to his complaints by paying for his flight home.
