A 32-year-old born without limbs has become a new star in China's live streaming community for his ability to play computer games with chopsticks in his mouth, reports fawan.com.
Back in 2011 at the suggestion of a friend, Yuan Lidong started playing a popular computer game called "League of Legends". After just six months of practice, he succeeded in controlling the mouse by pushing it around with his cheek and clicking it with a chopstick in his mouth.
He grew a large fan base – upwards of 138,000 followers – after he started live streaming his game playing. His fans say they are all deeply moved by Yuan's optimistic and positive attitude towards life.
Yuan says that his popularity with his live streaming audience is beyond his expectations. "I'm happy that I became an online game host, because I feel happy bringing fun to my audience, and I have known a lot of partners and friends. The most important thing is that I can raise my family members with my 'mouth'."
"My poor posture when I play games has brought me some health issues. I plan to reduce the time that I spend playing computer games, and maybe in the future I will produce some live streaming shows from the outdoors."
Yuan shows a strong passion for life to his fans and followers. "Although we may meet with lots of setbacks, we shouldn't neglect ourselves, and should always be optimistic. I will continue my career in live streaming to bring hope and fun to all," Yuan said.
