Just six months after his summer concert in Beijing, the Russian
superstar Vitas returned to perform another show in Beijing at the
Capital Indoor Stadium on Thursday night.

As expected, the young tenor went all out to hit the high notes
while performing Opera 1, Opera 2, Smile! and Jamaica.
Although Vitas' greetings in Chinese prompted squeals from the
audience and his impressive high pitched notes aroused applause,
the audience appeared to be more restrained than the audience for
his last Beijing show. This may have been the result of less
interaction between the audience and the star according to the
Beijing Times.
