Chinese skaters bagged the gold medals of women's and men's 500m races on Saturday in the 2005 Short Track Speed Skating World Cup in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.
The host China had two skaters in each of Saturday's two finals. With the cover from Fu Tianyu, the 20-year-old Wang Meng claimed the title in women's 500m with a time of 44.249 seconds.
Wang also won the women's 1,500m title on Friday.
Fu Tianyu took the silver in 44.388 while world record holder Radanova Evgenia listed third in 44.611.
Winter Olympic 500m champion Yang Yang (A) failed to enter the quarter-final after she falling on the ice in the preliminary round.
In the men's final, Chinese veteran Li Jiajun lifted the title,clocking in 41.922 seconds.
South Korean Ahn Hyun-Soo, silver medalist of 1,500m race, was the runner-up in 41.933 while Tremblay Fransis of Canada took the bronze with 42.111.
Olympic champion Apolo Anton Ohno of the United States was disqualified for impeding in a semi-final race.
