Fundamental Nuclear Safety Principles
Safety underpins China's pursuit of peaceful uses of nuclear energy. China's objective is to meet the needs of the present generation without creating risk for or causing harm to future generations, and to ensure sustainable development of human civilization.
China's fundamental nuclear safety principles are: putting safety first, and enforcing applicable laws and regulations; focusing on risk prevention, including by implementing a defense-in-depth approach; ensuring clear lines of responsibility and the independence of regulatory authorities; and implementing strict and comprehensive control mechanisms.
核安全工作基本原則
中國(guó)在確保安全的基礎(chǔ)上開(kāi)展核能和平利用,既滿(mǎn)足當(dāng)代人的需要,又不給子孫后代遺留隱患、構(gòu)成危害,以保障人類(lèi)文明永續(xù)發(fā)展。
中國(guó)核安全工作的基本原則是:安全第一、依法治核,預(yù)防為主、縱深防御,責(zé)任明確、獨(dú)立監(jiān)管,嚴(yán)格管理、全面保障。
