Chinese biologists from all over the world have gathered in Beijing.
More than 1,000 biologists have registered to take part in the International Symposium of Chinese bioscientists, including four Nobel Prize winners. The participants come from some 30 countries and regions.
With the theme "Science for a Better Life," one aim of the symposium is to encourage overseas Chinese biologists, entrepreneurs and students to promote international cooperation and exchanges in biology field.
