四人因群發(fā)短信獲罪
據(jù)《深圳特區(qū)報(bào)》報(bào)道,本周二,有四名男子因搞非法經(jīng)營活動(dòng)被北京的一家法院判處一年以上有期徒刑。
據(jù)法院文件顯示,向長全是一個(gè)賣手機(jī)充值卡的商戶,他買了20多臺(tái)短信群發(fā)機(jī)器,為周彥峰、邵浩然發(fā)放垃圾短信,賺取34萬元。
周某和邵某經(jīng)營一家廣告公司,他們也為自己的顧客群發(fā)垃圾短信。
徐旭是名技術(shù)人員,為一家網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司群發(fā)垃圾短信獲利30萬元。
法院判決認(rèn)為,這些人嚴(yán)重?cái)_亂了市場秩序。
4 men sentenced for texting spam
Four men were sentenced to prison for more than a year by a Beijing court Tuesday for conducting illegal business operations, Shenzhen Special Zone Daily reports.
According to court documents, Xiang Changquan, who sold credits for mobile phones, bought more than 20 machines that send text message spam and received 340,000 yuan from Zhou Yanfeng and Shao Haoran for sending the spam.
Zhou and Shao ran an advertising company and also sent text message spam for their customers.
Xu Xu, a technician, received 300,000 yuan from an unnamed Internet company for sending text message spam.
The court ruling said the men had violated the market order in a serious manner.
