Two electricians conduct on spot technical inspection and debugging to the apparatus of the 330 kilovoltage booster substation, at the Jiuquan Dongfeng Electricity Generation Field, in Guazhou County of Jiuquan City, northwest China's Gansu Province, Dec. 8, 2009. The Jiuquan wind power base in Gansu Province is the first 10 million kilowatts of wind power base construction project in China. The whole construction has gone well since the first phase project started on August 8 in 2009.
