Photo taken on Feb. 20, 2012 shows destroyed No.3 reactor building of Tokyo Electric Power Co. (TEPCO)'s tsunami-crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant in Fukushima prefecture, Japan. Members of the media were allowed into the plant on Monday ahead of the first anniversary of the March 11 tsunami and earthquake.
