Sao Paulo beat Cruzeiro 2-0 on Wednesday in the return leg to book a spot in the the 2010 Libertadores Cup semifinals.
Sao Paulo, who won the first leg 2-0, scored the opener in the 23rd minute when Junior Cesar dribbled through the Cruzeiro defense and passed the ball to Hernanes, who then fired the ball into the upper right corner of the Cruzeiro goal.
Sao Paulo made it 2-0 in the 53rd minute with a Fernandao header.
Sao Paulo, who looks to lift the Libertadores Cup for the fourth time after 1992, 1993 and 2005, will face the winner between Estudiantes and Internacional.
