Germany climbs two places to No. 4 thanks to its third-place showing in South Africa, ahead of Argentina and World Cup semifinalist Uruguay.
England, Portugal, Egypt and Chile round out the top 10.
Chile rose eight places in the latest rankings, but the biggest jump was made by New Zealand. It climbed 24 spots to 54th.
The United States gained a spot to 13th.
Italy, the 2006 World Cup winner, dropped out of the top 10 to 11th. France fell 12 places to 21st.
