Dutch striker Dirk Kuyt will miss the Netherlands' Euro 2012 qualifier against Finland on Tuesday due to injuries.
Dutch coach Bert van Marwijk said on UEFA's official site that the Liverpool forward picked up the shoulder injury during the training session on Monday.
"I think he could be out for several weeks," said Marwijk.
The injury may be good news for the Premier League giants Manchester United, as the "Red Devils" will host Liverpool on Sunday.
The Dutch side, runner-ups of the 2010 South Africa FIFA World Cup, will also miss Stuttgart defender Khalid Boulahrouz.
Tuesday's game will be held in Rotterdam and it will be the second match of the Dutchmen's Euro 2012 campaign, after they trounced underdogs San Marino 5-0 last Friday.
