AC Milan veteran striker Pippo Inzaghi said on Monday that he will return to play in 20 days.
Inzaghi's seanson, and even his career, was considered to be over after picking up knee ligament damage in a 3-1 win over Palermo last year.
However, after successful surgery and a return to training, the former Italian international wants to contribute to AC Milan's Scudetto bid this term.
"I'll be back in 20 days to help Milan win," he told Sport Mediaset on Monday evening.
"I'm feeling reasonably good. My knee is no longer causing me problems. I think I'll be available in about three weeks, but only if I'm 100 percent fit," he said.
