Chinese customers will be able to buy official products of the 2012 London Olympic Games in Beijing, as the merchandise was launched in China on Wednesday.
As announced by the Chinese Olympic Committee (COC), the products are now available for customers at licensed stores in Beijing, including COC licensed stores at the Bird's Nest and Qianmen Street and the Beijing Gongmei Group Building on Wangfujing Street.
The first set of products covers more than 300 varieties in eight categories, including pins, key rings, toys, stationery, die-cast vehicles and porcelain figures. It marks the first time Olympic-licensed products have been made available overseas.
