Boca Juniors' iconic playmaker Juan Roman Riquelme says he is doing his best to persuade Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez to rejoin the Buenos Aires giant.
Tevez is involved in a bitter dispute with his current club and manager Roberto Mancini. Riquelme said he was trying to persuade Tevez to return to Boca "every time" they speak. Tevez made his professional debut with Boca in 2001, winning the league title and Copa Libertadores during his time at the club.
