Dennis Schroder notched a double-double of 24 points and 10 assists as Germany thrashed Slovenia 100-71 at the FIBA World Cup on Sunday.

Prior to their duel, both teams had already progressed to the quarterfinals and remained unbeaten in the tournament.
Dallas Mavericks star guard Luka Doncic scored 12 points in the first quarter, powering Slovenia into a 25-11 lead. The second quarter saw Slovenia's shooting slump, while Germany nailed four 3-pointers to come from behind to race ahead 38-34 at halftime.
Schroder led Germany to widen their gap to 19 points late in the third quarter and kept their momentum to the end of the game.
With five players scoring in double digits, Germany have won all of their five games in the group phase to finish top of Group K.
Daniel Theis and Isaac Bonga contributed 14 and 12 points respectively for Germany. Doncic had 23 points to lead Slovenia.
