Estimated settlement: More than 5 billion yuan (US$793.7 million)
On Apr. 16, 2011, 49-year-old Qiu Jianlin, president of Zhejiang Hengyi Group, said in a company statement that he has partitioned to his ex-wife Zhu Danfeng half of his 52.38 percent stakes in Hengyi, China's largest chemical-fiber supplier for the textile industry. This equals a wealth of more than 5 billion yuan (US$793.7 million) for Zhu, pushing her to 32nd on Hurun's 2011 women billionaires list which includes a total of the 50 most successful business women in China. The couple started from scratch, and have gradually developed the company from a small manufacturer of socks to a business empire with total assets of more than 20 billion yuan (US$3.2 billion).
