Founded in 1648, the National School of Fine Arts, or the école Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts (ENSBA), is a distinguished national school of fine arts in Paris, France. Being the original of a series of écoles des Beaux-Arts in French regional centers, it exercises great influence on numerous academies in the field worldwide. Many famous Chinese painters, including Xu Beihong, Lin Fengmian, Pan Yuliang and Wu Guanzhong, graduated from this academy.
