London (West End), with average occupancy costs of US$267 per square foot per year, once again became the world's most expensive prime office space market, according to CBRE Global Research and Consulting's latest semi-annual 2015 Global Prime Office Occupancy Costs survey.
It's followed by Hong Kong's Central Business District and Beijing Finance Street, where office space goes for US$254.23 per square foot and US$195.82 per square foot respectively.
Asia continued to dominate the priciest office space market list. Five of the Top 10 are located in the region.
Among the top 50 most expensive office space markets, 20 are in the Asia-Pacific region.
The survey found that 62 percent of the 127 office markets tracked reported an annual increase in prime occupancy costs.
