The Expo Passport is one of the most popular souvenirs at the Shanghai Expo. And now, a new version of the Passport was issued.
This new version of the passport includes over 300 pavilions of the Shanghai Expo, largest number ever of the previous Expo passports. The pavilions are drawn with pen and watercolor by famous Chinese painter Zhang Anpu.
Zhang Anpu, Chinese Artist, said, "Pen-drawing is suitable to sketch the outline of the buildings, while the watercolor is light and casual. The two combined can present the modernity of the pavilions."
In addition to exquisite pictures, this passport can also be used as a guide for the visitors. All the pavilions in the passports are arranged according to their real positions in the Expo Park. The Shanghai Expo issued 5 versions of the passport prior to this edition. These passports allow visitors to collect the seals of different pavilions and as a memento of their tour.
