Spring Airlines, China's largest budget airline, has said it will not cancel its plan to launch a service between Shanghai and Takamatsu Airport in Japan's Kagawa Prefecture on March 27, 2011: despite the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan on March 11.
Spring Airlines says that Kagawa is located far from the epicenter and the impact of the earthquake was limited.
Earlier the Shanghai-based carrier had announced a plan to launch regular flights between Shanghai and Kagawa will not be changed although the preparation work was affected by the two natural disasters.
