Collecting stamps from pavilions in the Urban Best Practices Area at Expo 2010 Shanghai will allow visitors to jump queues at some of the most popular national pavilions, Expo officials said on Tuesday.
To bypass the lines at the China Pavilion or the Saudi Arabia Pavilion, visitors can use their ticket for that day to receive one copy of the Urban Best Practices Area (UBPA) leaflet, available at the north information point in the UBPA. Visitors must collect 15 stamps from urban cases, with a minimum of seven stamps from Asian urban cases, seven from European cases, one stamp from an American case and one from an African case. Of the 15 stamps, five stamps must be from the stand-alone case pavilions.
With each stamped leaflet, visitors will be able to receive a reservation ticket to enter either the China Pavilion or the Saudi Arabia Pavilion.
For the Germany Pavilion, a limited number of electronic German Expo cards are available at the four urban cases at the UBPA: Bremen, Hamburger, Freiburg and Dsseldorf. Each visitor with an Expo card will receive a single entry to the Germany Pavilion after acquiring four certifications from the German urban cases.
Visitors can skip the lines at the Spain Pavilion after collecting stamps from the Spanish urban cases of Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao on page 37 of the Expo passport. Expo passports are available in any official souvenir store at the Expo Garden.
