Qingdao hosts cultural and art festival for citizens

The 2017 Qingdao citizens’ culture and art festival kicked off at the Qingdao Grand Theater in Qingdao, Shandong on Oct 11.
The festival contained 25 activities in five sections, including talent competitions, poem exchange, creativity exposition, gourmet forum, photography contest, and a cultural family selection based on reading quantities and spending on cultural products.
