Have you ever been moved by the sunset? Have you ever captured your shadow or seen tarmac melting as if in a mirage? In one of the museum's many lab corners, visitors can try to color a shadow or multiply an image to infinity, and use mirrors to concentrate light and discover substances which shine in the dark.
The museum has plenty for the very young ones, too. The Science Paradise allows them to explore the world of color, sense, materials, mathematics and food.
They can also engage in a favorite pastime, making bubbles, and discover the science behind it all, or understand a water cycle by tracing its path.
Take subway Line 8 and get off at the Olympic Forest Park Station. Walk about 800 m to reach the museum. The museum is located in the northeast of the Olympic Common Domain (OCD), about 1 km north of the Bird's Nest. Some explanations and demonstrations in English.
