Premier Wen Jiabao left Beijing on Friday to attend several meetings in Hua Hin, Thailand.

Premier Wen will attend the 12th summit between ASEAN and China, the 12th summit between ASEAN and China, Japan and the Republic of Korea, the fourth East Asia Summit.

China and ASEAN countries are expected to sign a memorandum of understanding on the China-ASEAN center to further strengthen bilateral economic, trade, social, cultural and people-to-people exchanges.
