Baghdad Provincial Administration has released a video it says shows footage of the moments just before, during and after Sunday's two deadly blasts.

One part shows the explosion at the Justice Ministry. The attackers' minibus circles a roundabout just before a massive explosion fills the area with smoke.

The first blast hit the Justice Ministry followed by a second at the Baghdad Provincial Administration. The two government facilities are just a few hundred yards from each other.
