Suns top Wizards to improve to 6-1

Mid through the 1st quarter, Steve Nash connected from downtown...the Suns led by five.

The Wizards turned it around in the second quarter...the Suns were down by five, but Jason Richardson received a long pass and hit from three-point range...Richardson scored a game-high 22 points.

With time running out before the halftime break...Nash to Grant Hill who delivered the ball to Jared Dudley in the right corner...Dudley hit the three...the Suns led by five at the intermission.

In the final quarter, Nash bounced to Hill who delivered the dime to Channing Frye for another three-pointer...Suns by nine.

And then a perfect pick and roll play between Nash and Amare Stoudemire, who finished with authority the Suns cruised to a 102-90 victory.

Finally, in Oklahoma City, the Thunder faced the Orlando Magic.
