Colder weather is affecting most of China, while the central and northern parts of the country have been blanketed by heavy fog.

In Hebei province, the visibility in some places is less than 20 meters. The local weather center already issued a yellow fog alert, five times already now. In Shandong Province, cars are queued along a main highway. Hubei and Shaanxi provinces have also been affected, with their visibility down to around 500 meters. Experts, expected the fog to disappear, after it rained...but it didn't.
