One of the world's first personal computers has been auctioned at Christie's auction house in London.
The Apple-1 computer is one of the only 200, produced by Apple Computer between 1976 and 1977. It sold for more than 133,000 pounds, or over 210,000 US dollars.
It was bought by an Italian who collects computing antiques. In 1977, the same computer sold for just 667 US dollars when supplied without its casing, power supply, keyboard or monitor. The computer also came with a signed "thank you" letter from Steve Jobs, current CEO of Apple.
