UK police have arrested an eleventh person over the News of the World's phone hacking scandal. The suspect Tuesday was 71-year-old, Stuart Kuttner according to different sources who ran the News of the World's finances, for twenty-two years as managing editor.

Kuttner was later released on bail. Kuttner was responsible for authorizing payments from the paper. He stepped down in 2009 just before the phone-hacking scandal was accused of being far more widespread than investigated. He was suspected of corruption and conspiring to intercept communications. News Internationa--- the British newspaper arm of News Corp-- declined to comment on the arrest.
