Chinese President Hu Jintao has arrived in Seoul, South Korea, for the second Nuclear Security Summit to be held on Monday and Tuesday.

While attending the summit, Hu Jintao will make a speech and elaborate on China's position, efforts made and measures taken in the field of nuclear security.
Leaders from over 50 nations and international organizations are expected to review achievements made since the Washington summit in 2010. They will also discuss cooperative measures to combat the threat of nuclear terrorism, protect nuclear materials and related facilities, as well as prevent illicit trafficking of nuclear materials.
Chinese Assistant Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu said that China hopes the Seoul summit will improve international consensus, promote international cooperation on nuclear security, enhance global nuclear material and nuclear facilities security.
After the Seoul trip, President Hu Jintao will attend the fourth BRICS Summit in New Delhi from March 28th to the 29th at the invitation of Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
