Cuban Vice President of the Council of Ministers Ricardo Cabrisas on Wednesday said that bilateral ties with China are so important that every sector in the Cuban economy now has a Chinese presence.
Cabrisas made the remark while meeting visiting Chinese Justice Minister Wu Aiying.
Cabrisas also stressed that Cuba and China had established several joint ventures in such areas as bio-technology and public health as further evidence that bilateral ties are not only important but also improving all the time.
The Chinese visitor expressed satisfaction with the bilateral ties which she described as being at "their best moment."
The Chinese minister arrived in Havana to sign an accord of cooperation between her ministry with its equivalent in Cuba.
