"I have insisted there is nothing to worry," the Thai News Agency (TNA) quoted Step as saying.
The government is ready to explain about measures, which were implemented to deal with the recent political crisis, Suthep cited.
All of security operations, which were implemented to deal with the violent movement of the anti-government protesters, were witnessed by all media and the Thai people across the country, he said.
The leading opposition Pheu Thai Party on Saturday, May 22, passed a resolution to file the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and four other ministers.
The no-confidence debate will be held during an extraordinary parliament session, which will begin on May 24.
The four cabinet members facing censure are Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya, Finance Minister Korn Chatikavanij, Interior Minister Chavarat Charnvirakul and Transport Minister Sohpon Zarum.
