A suicide bombing rocked southern Afghanistan's restive province of Kandahar on Monday and casualties were feared.
Sardar Mohammad Zazai, police chief of Kandahar province, told Xinhua that at around 13:00 local time, one suicide attacker blew up a car loaded with explosives at the gate of a police training center, some 15 km outside Kandahar city, capital of Kandahar province.
Several other attackers entered the training center compound, started gun fight with the police personnel, said the official, adding that the clash was going on at the moment.
Casualties have not been clear so far, said the police chief.
