The ongoing terrorism in Pakistan would continue until Washington stopped meddling in the internal affairs of Islamabad, local media Dawn quoted Pakistan Tehrik-i- Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan on Sunday as saying.
Talking to media on Saturday, Imran criticized the government as a slave of the United States and opposed dependency on the U.S.. He said the present situation directed the country towards the worst condition.
He also blamed the bad policies of the provincial government of Punjab as responsible for the Thursday night suicide attacks in Lahore, which claimed more than 40 lives and injured over 170 others.
The PTI is a small political party which owns several seats in the National Assembly of Pakistan. The party chief said that the PTI will also take part in the coming mid-term election this year.
