China on Thursday urged the U.S.Congressional-Executive Commission on China (CECC) to stop interfering in China's internal affairs.
Asked to comment on the commission's 2010 annual report on China, Foreign Ministry spokesman Ma Zhaoxu said the commission repeatedly distorted facts and gratuitously criticised China's social systems and policies.
Describing the report as "ignorant and biased," Ma said, "China urges the commission to correct its behavior, stop issuing such reports and interfering in China's internal affairs."
