One protestor was shot in the head by a thug in demonstrations which erupted in Egypt's Suez city Friday, state TV reported.
Streets were almost empty of police officers in Suez, and groups of public security volunteers are protecting the demonstrators from thugs who penetrated the crowds to spread horror, the report added.
Suez was one of the major cities which witnessed fierce clashes during the protests in late January and February.
Families of the protestors killed in the demonstrations are flooding to the streets, calling for trying those who killed their sons, complaining that the Suez Criminal Court on Wednesday upheld the ruling to release on bail seven policemen.
Also on Friday, tens of thousands of people went to the Tahrir Square in downtown the capital Cairo. They demanded fair and quick trials of corrupt officials of the former regime and reforms among others.
