Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Ma Zhaoxu Monday condemned a recent suicide bomb attack on a mosque in northwest Pakistan, and expressed sympathy and condolences to the families of the victims.
In response to a media request for China's comment on the suicide bomb attack in Pakistan on Aug. 19 that left 100 people killed or injured, Ma said China opposes terrorism in all forms.
He also said that China will stand firmly with Pakistan's government and people to safeguard national stability.
