Mizengo Peter Pinda, former prime minister of Tanzania, said that amid global digital revolution and in the overall globalization era, there were both challenges and opportunities beyond the capability of an individual state to manage, and therefore cooperation and collaboration were both desirable and necessary.
"This is the basis for 'Global Governance' – the institutions and political relationships that determine and manage how we live together, especially when we don't agree," he said.
