The Czech Foreign Ministry on Tuesday strongly denounced the third nuclear test of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
The Czech Foreign Ministry said the nuclear test seriously threatened peace and stability in the region and is at variance with international commitments and UN Security Council resolutions.
"The conducting of the nuclear test is a most irresponsible and deplorable act that seriously threatens stability and peace on the Korean Peninsula and in the whole region," an official statement read.
Czech Shadow Foreign Minister Lubomir Zaoralek said he considered the DPRK's test as another "almost tiring" attempt at attracting international attention.
The ministry called on the DPRK to immediately observe all resolutions. Endi
