China achieves silicon purification by solar energy
According to a report of July 1 from stdaily.com, the world's first mono-crystalline silicon purification by solar energy was introduced by experts led by Chen Yingtian from the Chinese University of Science and Technology. The experts initiated silicon purification technology by solar energy, which was proved successful. This is a major breakthrough in the photovoltaic power generation technology field in China, which makes high efficient and cheap silicon purification process a reality.
