Xian Xianrong 謝先榮
Xie Xianrong was a Class A wanted criminal who planned the armed robbery of a cash-in-transit in Qianjiang City, Hubei Province on Sept. 29, 2003. He killed four and took about 350,000 yuan (US$42,290). The suspect, who had been in prison for eight years after being found guilty of robbery, was released in 2001. He was also engaged in a series of robberies, firearms trade and assaults on police officers between 2001 and 2003. Xie was shot dead on Oct. 12, 2003 in a shootout.
