The doctors decided to carried a emergency surgery.
A team member of CISAR said, "It's a simple surgery, but we must keep a high alert on the sterilization due to the current sanitation situation."

The previous 55-member search and rescue team, sent on August 26th, has so far treated nearly 10 thousand people.
